Tedd Li became a certified yoga instructor in 2011 after seeing years of prescription drug abuse and chronic pain from poor ergonomics fade after just two months of daily yoga. He also experienced yoga’s mental and emotional benefits of improved patience, concentration, grit, and calmness. His solemn promise to help people became the driving force to put intentions into action, serving for 6 years previously as the community programs director for Pure Action. He has helped build Pure Action community programs throughout central Texas and nationwide. He gives back as a yoga teacher and mentor, and his primary passion is to help others find peace and purpose.
